New Report Discusses My Medicare Matters Learnings
NCOA's report, Harnessing the Power of Partnerships: Lessons Learned from My Medicare Matters, identifies key learnings from a nationwide campaign that engaged hundreds of community-based organizations in a large-scale effort to help people with Medicare understand the new Prescription Drug Coverage (Part D).
The report describes the:
- Evolution of the partnership,
- Campaign that was executed in 2005 - 2006,
- Factors leading to its success, and
- Results achieved.
It is offered so that others can learn from our experience:
- How to achieve results that are beyond what any one entity could achieve independently;
- How to partner with organizations with different cultures and perspectives; and, most importantly,
- How to replicate this partnership as new challenges and opportunities arise.
