People With Medicare
How do I join a plan?
You join a plan in the same way as other people with Medicare. You can switch plans anytime.
If you have Medicaid first though and then become eligible for Medicare, Medicare will automatically enroll you in a plan as soon as you become eligible for Medicare so that you will continue to have drug coverage. If you don't like the plan that Medicare picks for you, you can change plans at anytime.
